Small milk farmer and milk processor better linked to markets and enabled to become commercial dairy entrepreneurs; 2. Each link in the dairy food chain becomes more efficient, productive and profitable in a socially and environmentally responsible manner, for delivering affordable milk and dairy products to urban consumers; 3. To design , develop and implement capacity building and hand holding programs for these units for skill development to strengthen their value chain using innovative strategies. • Organic Food Products and Technology intensive food products   1. To enable these players to understand the stringent Market Access related requirements of European Markets. 2. To identify appropriate technologies in farming and processing and to facilitate dissemination and transfer of the same to the relevant stakeholder at corporate or through cluster development approach for multiple stakeholders. • Rural development with focus on employability and sustainability.   We have designed a model of succesful implementation of any strategy in the area of inclusive growth. This model is a three step intervention beginning from identifying the beneficiary, their needs and relevant stakeholders with deep rooted interest in the issue at hand. Identification is followed by mobilisation of all relevant resources in terms of man, machines, money, mindsets and material to support the project for developing a long term sustainable alternative. Lastly the developed business model is economised by way of scaling, expansion of scope or by creating an array of services to make it an end to end solution to the beneficiaries at large. • Education (vocational in both technical and non technical) with focus on micro skill development.   We have setup our own entrepreneurship development and technology activation center at Noida . Initially a mini dairy plant has been setup to impart entrepreneurial training to the budding entrepreneurs and small dairy farmers to go for forward linkages by setting up a small milk processing facility at their farm only. The same center could very well be utilised as an activation center for testing modified technologies intended to be commercialised at low scale only. The ame center is expanding its horizon by developing train the trainers program in various sectors to develop micro skills at large scale through ICT network which is growing so well in the country.
